We’ve teamed up with our friends at Petritegi Sagardoa, just outside San Sebastian in Spain, to source rare European apple varieties that aren’t available in commercial quantities in the U.S. Petritegi presses and ferments their apples in large, decades-old chestnut barrels. We then ship this fermented cider to Vermont, where we blend it with fresh fruit sourced from New England. ABV: 6% City: Vergennes Region: Vermont
